Diane Stolbach is equally at home in the Court Room and Board Room. She spent her first 10 years in practice as a litigator handling complex corporate, commercial and banking disputes. Then, at the insistence of a client, she went in-house as General Counsel to a group of telephone communication companies, garnering considerable transactional and regulatory experience.

Diane Stolbach's diverse experience permits her to render very practical advice to Kraemer, Burns' business clients.

She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Rutgers University School of Law.
